1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the fj99 website, mobile web application, and all associated services including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered by fj99.

By completing the fj99 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you:

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use fj99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing fj99 as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only;
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of fj99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or platform partners;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fj99 or had your account closed for a violation of these Terms;
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using funds sourced from criminal activity.

Age Verification

fj99 conducts age and identity verification at registration and may request additional documentation at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Documents typically required include a government-issued national identification card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. fj99 also reserves the right to request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, fj99 will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed, and take appropriate action regarding any deposits and winnings in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. fj99 will not be liable to the underage player for any losses incurred.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active fj99 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fj99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any associated balances.

Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. fj99 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fj99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fj99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact fj99 support immediately at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC)

fj99 operates a KYC verification programme as part of its commitment to fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and financial security. You may be asked to submit identity documents at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal request. Failure to provide required KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by fj99 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary account restriction until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fj99 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Mobile wallet deposits are typically credited to your fj99 balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution.
• fj99 does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• fj99 reserves the right to request proof of deposit source for any transaction it deems appropriate for review.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the one used to make the most recent deposit, and which is registered in the account holder's name.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• fj99 may require KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal. All KYC requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawals requested from bonus funds are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements having been met in full. Withdrawal requests from unsatisfied bonus balances will be declined until the wagering requirement is complete.
• fj99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fj99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. fj99 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that have not been wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account balance.
• fj99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited, the bonus amount will be removed from the player's balance.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other strategy deemed exploitative by fj99 — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Cashback bonuses, where offered, are calculated on net losses within the specified promotional period and are credited to the player's account within the timeframe stated in the promotion.

6 Betting & Casino Rules

All betting and casino activity on fj99 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product vertical. By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on fj99, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable product rules.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to fj99's published odds, which are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance.
• fj99 reserves the right to void any bet where odds were clearly displayed in error (for example, due to a technical fault that resulted in manifestly incorrect pricing).
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. fj99 is not liable for bets placed on the basis of incorrect or delayed live data provided by third-party data feed suppliers.
• fj99 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at any time, at its discretion, without prior notice.
• Event settlement follows official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where an event is abandoned or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with fj99's stated void/abandonment rules for that sport.

Live Casino

• Live casino games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each specific game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, etc.) are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino session, fj99 will follow the relevant game provider's official malfunction protocol to determine bet settlement.
• fj99 is not responsible for interruptions to live casino streams caused by the player's internet connection, device, or network provider.

Slots & RNG Games

• All slots and RNG (Random Number Generator) games available on fj99 use certified RNG technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not represent a guarantee of any specific outcome in any individual session.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fj99. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one fj99 account is forbidden under any circumstances.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use fj99 if you are under 18 years of age.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using fj99 for any form of financial fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing. All suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic exploitation of fj99 bonus programmes, including but not limited to matched betting against bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or collusion with other players to abuse promotional mechanics.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on inside information or participating in any scheme to fix the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted decision tools, or any automated system to interact with fj99 without explicit prior written consent from fj99.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a valid fj99 transaction. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed.
• Abuse of staff: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward fj99 customer support staff via any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

fj99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• fj99 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the account;
• The player is found to be ineligible to use the platform (e.g., underage, previously self-excluded);
• fj99 is required to take action by a competent authority or as part of its own responsible gaming obligations.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their fj99 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, fj99 will process any outstanding eligible withdrawals to the player's verified payment method and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Balances derived from unsatisfied bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from fj99 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period via the account settings dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once activated, a self-exclusion period cannot be reversed before its expiry. Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. fj99 may notify the account holder by email prior to applying any inactivity administration fee, as permitted by applicable policy.
